08-10-2026Extra space storage has been great to me, started off with a storage unit & am now using them for parking spaces as there isnt safe parking around my neighborhood. This storage is gated & offers great peace of mind. Ariana , front receptionist is very nice & can help with any questions or concerns you have. Overall 10/10 experience.

08-06-202608/07/26 Edit - Nick has since retired and Ariana has taken his place. Ariana's been really friendly! AND she remembers my name! She's been nothing but helpful. My door got lodged shut one day and she used her magic storage unit powers to get it open. I'm grateful for Ariana! Nick, the general manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. He gets all 5 stars. Great customer service and works with you on any issues. The man also seems to have boundless patience. I was going to Public Storage before this and the staff there was pretty abrasive and difficult to work with. Nick is a breath of fresh air. That being said, Extra Space Storage is just like every other large storage company. They regularly raise your rent until it's astronomically high. My rent more than doubled in one year. If you need long term storage, look for alternatives. If you need space for a month or two, these companies might be a solution. Just be careful, these companies prey on their customers. If it wasn't for Nick, I'd be long gone by now.
