09-01-2024Jason was extremely helpful even if hes an Alabama fan and Im a Georgia bulldog. He was getting ready to go on his lunch break when I called and told him that I was on my way up and I needed a new lock. He was so kind that he waited five minutes until I got up there and delayed his lunch and gave me a new lock, and help me out tremendously. He even felt the need to go outside and tell my husband that he was going to help us even though he was an Alabama fan. I love the service and the hospitality and most of all the friendly manner in which he served us. I love this storage facility. Help me out on more than one occasion.
