01-23-2026Extremely disappointed. Opened a newly rented storage unit. It was the end unit. Significant amount of mold on the ceiling. There are parts of the wall that have been broken. There appears to have been a poorly patched hole that likely has allowed moisture and air into the unit. The unit itself is not fit to be rented by the public. Contacted customer service several times. Unable to speak to a person over the phone or in person. Only able to speak to a supposed live person via chat.
