05-08-2024I have never received exceptional customer service at a storage rental place UNTIL I rented a unit at extra space storage on Gemini. The facilities are very clean. Ive always dealt with Russell; he is knowledgeable, patient and has an overall pleasant demeanor. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Life can be crazy enough so I appreciate every pleasant experience or interaction I have with someone since that is not always the case.
