05-11-2026We had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage today. The representative was absolutely amazing and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Everything took less than 20 minutes, including setup, access, and getting my sons unit ready. The pricing was very competitive, and the facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. My son had no issues getting into the building, locating his unit, or storing his belongings. This was honestly one of the smoothest customer service experiences weve had in a long time. Professional, efficient, and stress free. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage, especially college students needing summer storage between semesters!

05-11-2026Do not rent here. There appears to be a rat problem and I brought it up to management twice. The third time, she simply told me to make a claim and complain to someone else. I had to salvage what I could and throw away the remaining due to being covered in rat remains. Mind you, I rented a climate controlled unit. I was also blamed for possibly having something that the rats are attracted to. I moved all my stuff to a new storage facility about a month ago and no rat problem as of now. Definitely stay away from this location.
