01-31-2026You asked twice so 1st of all I rented from this location multiple units for over 20 years. The facility flooded & everyone stacked all their damaged goods outside my unit & supposedly caught on fire spontaneously. The original owner sold to a Colorado company that sucked horribly & then they sold to Extra. Over 3 years my rent tripled but if someone new came in, they would pay less than a long term renter. It should be illegal to rent the same size unit at different prices, unless you are discounting to long term tenants. For 6 months I couldnt print a monthly receipt out on the web site & was promised yall were working on it. Best of luck I literally & physically moved on. Happy New Year
