To top it off, I later realized I somehow ended up with two storage units instead of one and had to call back to figure out what was going on and sort out the issue Awilda was kind, respectful, and extremely patient during such a confusing, stressful moment. Her customer service is impeccable, she made the whole process fast and smooth.
