06-10-2025Im a paying tenant with two units at this location, both set up with automatic payments. Public Storage charged me $500 out of nowhere no warning, no explanation, no authorization. They have my payment info on file, and apparently think they can just throw charges on my card anytime they want, without even telling me. Its outrageous! When I reached out to ask what it was about, the property manager, LISSETTE, was extremely rude (as usual) and told me she charged me because I used the propertys dumpster. I was never notified, warned, or contacted in any way. She simply decided to hit my card with a $500 charge, and all I got was an email saying it had been paid. I had to chase them down just to find out what it was for and I think its absurd. Again, I have two active storage units here, always paid on time with automatic billing, and this is how they treat loyal tenants? Think twice before renting storage at this location while LISSETTE is in charge she clearly feels entitled to take your money without notice or justification. Im now trying to reach Public Storages corporate office to ask how they plan to handle this and if they truly stand behind this kind of behavior from their staff.

05-30-2025I recently closed my account at Public Storage at west Sample Road, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team there ( Eremi and Mathew) the guys were friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process to moving out so much smoother and less stressful, they were courteous and efficient, answering all my questions and making sure everything ok. Its not often you find customer service that consistently feels genuine, but these guys really go above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for anyone who values excellent service and a team you can count on!
