She toured me to the two different storage units I was interested in which helped me make my ultimate decision. Ive talked to her several times on the phone and she is so friendly and was able to answer all of my questions! Definitely will recommend this ESS location to my friends and family looking for storage units :) Update: August 2024- went yesterday to check on my stuff and needed some help closing and locking up. Devin came to the rescue and was extremely helpful with the tip he showed me to make closing the door easier and make sure the storage unit was secure. He was friendly and knowledgable and answered my questions easily and professionally. Still would definitely recommend this ESS location on Parkway Lane to friends and family. Customer service and cleanliness are top tier!
