05-19-2026My family went in for the first time and Tricia explained the fees, terms and conditions, and insurance. I really appreciated how thorough the explanations were from right when we started to every step along the way. We went on great tour of the storage units, followed the map, and received some helpful suggestions on how we can best use the space and I agreed using vertical space is a MUST because I say its part of what we are paying for and should not be left out! Dont be afraid to ASK QUESTIONS! She is great and friendly and helpful and really knows her stuff! Appreciate your help, Tricia!
