07-12-2025Ive had a wonderful experience! The staff is amazing very prompt and professional with helping you in any way that they can. I made a reservation online and within 10 minutes they were calling me to set everything up and to see if I needed help with anything. I also had an issue with the app and I called them and they didnt have the answer so I had to call a different customer service number. I got the help that I needed. Then the storage location called me back within minutes because they figured out how to solve the problem for me so that they could help me and have that information for future customers. If thats not going above and beyond I dont know what is! Honorable mention to AMANDA P. at the Hewlett NY location. She helped me in several instances and was AMAZING! ??????????
