09-24-2026Rent jumped 50 percent within 9 months. No lights in unit. Takes forever to get to the entrance. Crappy carts, small hallways, no bathroom. Just a scam capitalizing on people moving to asheville like most of them.

09-12-2026Ask for Ashley, she's wonderful- friendly, informed, patient, kind, and made everything easy to understand with my elderly father (even when he was frustrated with his memory loss). Great service and convenient access, 10/10 recommend.
