08-21-2024I have been in an Extra Space Storage unit for over 2 years after the housing market crash or skyrocketing rents in May of 2022. Michael (the Manager) was just getting his time started at Extra Space when we started our time here. Well, the market is still bad, economy is in the tank, and Michael is still here working to bring you the absolute best Customer Service and help one could ask for, Ive seen it! I would personally like to thank Michael, Bruce and the team that make my time here a bit easier to accept. I dont have the stress of losing my unit and if I need assistance, I call Michael or one of the others and let them know whats going on. Recently my employer thought it would be a good idea to change the payroll company that handles my families banking. Needless to say our finances took a bit longer to post and this was when my unit was due. Michael made me feel at ease in knowing that my unit was safe and not going anywhere, yet there would be a late fee.; one which I found to be quite affordable. This is what most businesses have forgotten over the years. Yes, they are in business to make money, but they care about those who trust them with their valuables. So Michael, Bruce and anyone Ive missed; thank you for remembering us little guys that count on you to be there when we need help most! You Rock!

06-27-2024Good overall experience with renting and moving my items in my storage unit. Didnt give 5 stars due to broken lock on one of the gates. Also, a lock for your unit is automatically charged in the move in price ($27).
