04-07-2026I had a great experience renting my storage space from 975 Galleria location. Everything was done online and I was able to gain access to my 5 x 5 unit, through an email sent to me on the day I was moving in, with my access code. My lock was left inside the unit and there was no need to speak to anyone directly since I had my own renters insurance. I did decide to upgrade at one point, and again everything was done online, easily. I had also rented a car space because I was leaving town for a month and I didnt want to leave my car at the airport. On that occasion, I had to go into the office to give a copy of my auto insurance and the office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I moved out, the process was the same, everything was done online and I received an email confirmation. I have moved my belongings to another ESS closer to my new residence. The online specials are great, read your contract so you know how many months that special rate is good for, as the rate could change.

04-04-2026This is a great storage facility with very friendly staff. The introductory pricing is excellent. Every time I've called the office, customer service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that they will raise the prices beyond normal market adjustments. In my case, it is a nearly 25% increase (around $60) in price every 8-10 months consistently. I am now paying nearly double my initial rate. This is very common in Las Vegas, since the city does not regulate storage facility price gouging. Take this into account when comparing prices.
