09-11-2026Very poor customer service from store manager Thelvi Perez. I was charged a $75 trash removal fee and she did not bother to show me any evidence that I left any trash, she just assumed I was lying for no reason. Just did not care at all. Customer service number does not work when using your own phone number. Still waiting for corporate to get back to me after they said they would call me back. I am disappointed to have to write a review simply due to this. For what it's worth, if I get no feedback from this company I will file a BBB complaint.
