09-23-2026Well after being a customer for sometime, Ive had my share of rental rates increased. This past one $100+, and when asked why such a big increase, they said they couldnt do anything cause I was paying only 4$more than the online going rate. In saying this and then Knowing my payment history..: I struggle. Imagine just about every month i get their late fee, and they knowing the hardship it is causing, they just dont care. They only care about the money not the people anymore. I have been a customer for many years and I have multiple units, and so yes they just keep raising my rents on all of them. So new or old customer its really dont matter to them. Expect the unexpected financially, when renting here. I strongly suggest that people looking for long term storage do not rent with extra space storage. I do strongly suggest you look elsewhere, that wont surprise you with monthly , or bi-monthly, or whenever they feel like it, rent increases. It will be so much better for those knowing and feeling comfortable financially and knowing you can store your items worry free for as long as you need. ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH FIXED INCOME , DO NOT RENT HERE. Not long term at least.
