10-02-2026Frank was truly exceptional, from where he answered the call politely and instructed us in next steps to an owner change/transfer and also how he helped us upgrade our storage to a bigger unit. He was knowledgeable, understanding, polite, patient when being asked questions and meticulous. We were highly satisfied with his customer service and feel comfortable reaching back out to him, should we have any other questions or concerns.

09-15-2026Id give it more stars if I could! I had four units in total and from move in to move out-This facility went above and beyond for me. The customer service is top knotch- FRANK AND JACQUELINE were incredibly friendly, easy to work with and always available to answer questions. They were super accommodating, obviously care about their customers and are just incredibly kind. I never had any issues with locks, doors or accessibility. The whole place is super clean, secure, and really well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for storage- Great people, great facility, and an all around excellent experience! Thank you guys!

09-04-2026Do not rent here. It was great for years. But now some buildings are RAT infested. Homeless have units there. The new manager is trying. But there's only so much he can do.
