05-09-2025This is my first experience with a storage unit. The app is so user-friendly and easy to operate. My 9 year old son & 6 year old daughter loved being able to open the gate with a button! When I had trouble opening the unit the first time, all I had to do was make a call and someone was there in a golf cart to help me right away. Also, when I originally booked the rental, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and even helped me get a discount. She answered all my questions and helped me understand the process in its entirety. I would absolutely recommend extra space storage to anyone who needs it.
