05-14-2026Absolute scumbags. They purchased the location of my unit from another company and are now that I've moved out, they are refusing to return my security deposit. They claim they don't have it, but that is not how these businesses work. When they took over my account, they took over accounts receivable and payable. They're just giving me the run around so they don't have to return my money. There are hundreds of units at this location, so they've done this with all the people who had deposits. They also raise your rate on a regular basis, which is why I moved. The cost of the unit more than doubled before I moved out. When I moved out I discovered mouse nests in a bunch of my stuff. Some things were destroyed. Terrible experience.

03-18-2026Even tho the old owners were great. When Extra Space Storage bought it. They came in and fixed things up a bit. Very clean place. Kia and the rest of the crew are very helpfully and kind. I would definitely use EXTRA SPACE STORAGE again
