Allowed me to tour the facility and rental space I was interested in. No pressure to rent or issue when I needed to cancel my rent 2 days after renting it. During a time when everything was completely uncertain in my life, they made it easy for me to understand how storage renting works and ultimately get a refund on my rental since my circumstances changed.
