08-23-2024This place is cleaner than others, but not free from random screws and nails around the paths you have to drive to get to your storage unit and not easy to access since there's a very busy roundabout you have to go through to get to the entrance. I was happy up until I came by and saw Extra Storage stickers on my locks that I purchased for my unit. I'm allergic to adhesive these did not come off my locks well at all! They are more like security stickers. Now every time I have to touch my locks I'm going to have to touch adhesive and my locks are going to get extra dirty. There was no reason to deface my property. This is my first month of a storage unit, climate control no less, and already I'm questioning the place I chose. Every time I come by and see stickers on my things I'm going to come on here and remove a star. Don't "Thank me" by placing your stickers on my property that I didn't agree to or ask for. I paid a lot to rent that unit and will be happy when I no longer have to rent there. **Edit-I appreciate your response. But know it wasn't just my unit... everyones locks on their unit at this facility who used any type of lock other than a flat button lock got stickers on their locks too.

07-25-2024Very efficient online process, upon registering we immediately got a text with the code. Upon arrival, the unit was clearly marked and a new lock provided inside and even the packaging cut so we could use the lock right away. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

07-09-2024Used in 2017/2018 for 6 months climate controlled indoor storage was good on the main n isle from the door so I could see my car an unit while moving items was nice secure from the exterior but it seems like anyone with a portable ladder could hop over the walls and steal. Gate code was finicky some days.
