05-05-2026Ive been renting at this Extra Space Storage In white plains for almost 3 years now. The staff have been wonderful and very accommodating. William, the site manager, does an amazing job. The units are clean and access to the building is easy (especially with the app) . I would absolutely recommend this location.

After I booked my reservation online, he personally called to welcome me and explain the move-in process in detail. When I arrived at the facility, he gave me a tour, helped me locate my unit, assisted me with setting up the app, and patiently answered all of my questions.
