08-01-2024I dont use extra space storage but I would like to applaud the customer service. Tim is awesome, he helped me out with a misunderstanding even though I was a bit hot headed. He calmed me down and helped me sort the situation out. Will definitely recommend this storage facility, and possibly become a customer in the future.
