09-06-2026So I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space with Ira. He was pleasantly professional and very knowledgeable about on their services and products. It started off with Cindy but it finished with him. I like dealing with customer service skills like that. It makes it so much easier to get things done. I meant to take a picture but unit was nice clean.

08-25-2026I was caught surprised today as I went to make my monthly payment and as soon as I had questions I called the store. The store manager Ira (forgive me if spelt incorrectly) helped me out. Told me to hang on as he would contact me back and he sure did and solved my issue. I am very appreciative of his help today. And I overall appreciate the services I get from everyone here.
