I called feeling extremely anxious, convinced I had messed up my reservation, and he immediately put me at ease. He was patient, warm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything without making me feel rushed or foolish. This is the kind of customer service that genuinely makes a difference especially when someone is already stressed. I havent even stepped foot into the facility yet, and because of Michael, I already feel confident and taken care of. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him.
