Serving Carrollwood, Northdale and the neighborhoods in north Tampa, this Public Storage is ready and waiting with cheap storage units, 7 days a week.
Worst customer service ever. They use shady business practices and raise rents to unreasonable prices. But if you move units to the empty adjacent one you keep the low rates by switching every 6 months. The 9pm time is false, according to them now this site is appointment based only. No one is ever there to help move in or move out or even purchase storage/ moving related items. Go to Uhaul, this business should go bankrupt. I've experienced poor service and business before but I rarely post a review unless its amazing service or awful.
Today I had an issue with my lock it didnt want to lock so I go to the office and Angie goes to my unit and put the lock on and it locks it like it was nothing. Thank you for your help Angie
My daughter didnt have a key to get into the facility so after hours said it would be Zero dollars To pop the lock and then if she wanted to buy a lock from them $20 when she got on site, the facility manager and some dude named Dale said no if you want it done today and not in two or three weeks its gonna cost you $30 to pop the lock. I couldve sent her across the street to Home Depot about bolt cutters. Then when I called back The facility manager was like, yeah thats this is what we charge. But after I called corporate, she was like oh no, we didnt charge her a thing. Fishy fishy. Also, I asked for a receipt itemizing how much they charged her to pop the lock with the dudes name and only received a receipt for the new lock she purchased. So Is this money being reported to like IRS and their income or anything? UPDATE. My daughter said they made her cash app the money for them to pop the lock. Again corporate said that they didnt have any record of them opening the lock. Also good luck getting them on the phone. file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/b9/09/C8F3C4CE-AD2E-4509-A941-3D9D408929E8/IMG_4210.PNG file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/b9/09/C8F3C4CE-AD2E-4509-A941-3D9D408929E8/IMG_4210.PNG
