08-09-2026My last 3 units rented first unit had fallen sheetrock all over floor 2nd unit first time renting online since its cheaper than walking (upper managements advice) was locked when I arrived had to wait a day for access 3rd unit booked online suspicious in that door was open when i arrived but locked was in unit before starting pulled door down door came down fast and heavy and i was trapped inside because door was broken. Had my employee go to office to get woman on duty all she said was she wasnt supposed to be there she was only filling in and no one answered phone being Saturday afternoon no one was working,had to call police and the opened door 45 minutes in a hot storage unit and nobody asks are you all right or gives an apology
