04-30-2025Do NOT rent here. They have a rat problem, you can NEVER get a hold of anyone even though the app. Showing up to the office you are awaiting someone to show up for hours. 7 days into new month and they don't prorate the storage unit if you are vacating the unit so YOU lose money while they re-rent your unit for extra cash. Your best to schedule the day at the end and leave it locked up so they cannot make money. You must let them know in advance and trying to talk to or get a hold of anyone just to vacate is a hassle. You must carry insurance on your unit which is around $20 extra per month on top of monthly rent. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

04-13-2025Reserved a unit online and after I paid for it, I realized I reserved the wrong unit for my needs. When I stopped into the office to see if I could make a change of units, I was greeted by Jorge who immediately helped me. He was very informative about all my options and within minutes had me in the unit that best suited my needs. You simply do not find customer service people like this anymore. My hat is off to Jorge! *Update* No longer needed the storage space. Vacating space could not be easier. Samantha was very helpful and efficient. This location has fantastic employees.
