11-05-2025Kayla at the Extra Space on Highway 98 has been very helpful in solving the issue that I had with my storage unit where the door was hard to open and causing some extra problems for myself trying to do it. She helped me figure out a solution that ended up being more beneficial for me. She has always been nice and helpful when I have seen her. No BS, no attitude, just straight genuine person.

10-17-2025I have used extra space storage twice. Once to clean out my house and get it ready for sale. And just now to store some Christmas trees for a couple of months while I purged my garage and needed to get some of the keep stuff out of the way. Easy to start and stop my contract! Love how easy it is to use my unit. I am sure I will use them against, and definitely recommend.

Every single employee has been kind and caring and always gone out of their way to give me the best experience possible. I have never had any issues with billing or the safety of my belongings. It is a great company with fair prices and quality service. I am currently in the process of moving into a new home so i will be moving out of storage for now.
