10-07-2025I rented a 10x10 unit in Pensacola, Fl for over a year and was happy with the facility because it was clean and I felt like my items were kept safe. I would give them a five star rating because Darrell and TJ worked with me whenever my rates would increase and they were happy to help. Darryl gets a five star for customer service but Extra Space gets a three because of the rate increase.
