Unit has been broken into, late fees are outrageous, the people behind the counter seem to be pretty dim, units are filthy and smelly. Editing this review a few years later to include the fact they will increase your rent exponentially over time. Started at $35 for the first few months, moved out today paying $166 monthly. Unbelievable. 0 stars would not use again ever. I'll burn my stuff before bringing it here lmao
Great service setting me up and the storage unit is clean and dry.
Dorothy was absolutely awesome- thanks for the great service Dorothy!!
Dorothy was amazing! This is the best place in Minneapolis to store your stuff!
Horrible service and lots of fees later on they dont disclose with you in the beginning. The manager Deborah or anyone who works here doesnt like to answer the phone Ive called at least ten times and theyve gotten back to me once.
