06-09-2025Lisa was great and very helpful setting up my storage unit. However today when we went to the unit to move in, the power was out so we couldnt gain access to the property/our unit due to the gate not opening. No one was in the office, no one answered the phones and no one has returned our calls all day to see when this would be fixed.
