04-10-2024Great customer service-immediate response to me virtually booking a unit-super helpful, friendly & fun! The facility itself is the only place in the area I would use-IMMACULATE, easy to access, in a low traffic area & it is very easy & peaceful to get in & out-never crowded or congested.

04-07-2024I will say that Carry Ann at the Tolland storage was great I work with. The reason for 4 stars would is be very careful when planning your storage time. Have an idea of how long you want the space because when it expires they really raise the prices.
