06-04-2026Overall my experience was so-so. I had a lot of items I had to unexpectandly put into storage this past Monday. I arrived at the location on Ruthar. No one was in the office so I had to talk to a virtual rep through a ring doorbell. Long story short after doing that, paying through my phone, setting up the app, loggin into the app, resgistering my account, etc, I ran into issue after issue as I could now not get through the gate to put my stuff into storage. After numerous phone calls, and transfers, and explaining the issue to about 5 different people, I had to book at the Chapman road location. This required even more phone calls, explanations, etc. I was able to store my stuff at the second location on Chapman, but I had to pay again to book the Chapman location and go through the whole process of booking all over again. On top of all that I then had to contact the original location on Ruthar Drive the next day to get the money back for the first location, that I paid for, told everything was fine, and had to talk to a whole bunch of people through the rinh doorbell, numerous calls, etc.

05-27-2026Christina and Darren helped me & my girlfriend find the perfect storage and gave us a ton of useful information 10/10 would recommend. They were super friendly and happened to have fresh cold water for me lol . Storage is Passcode entry and clean building.

05-21-2026Overall a fine experience, but the increases in price arent justified. We dont receive any additional services or get more space yet we pay more for the same unit year after year. There were also mouse droppings in my unit at move out.
