11-10-2025DO NOT RENT HERE. They will bait you with a low price in the beginning and then raise it several hundred dollars. We paid $190 in February this year and just received our third increase to $314. In addition, the management is unreachable and there is trash and abandoned cars everywhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES CLOSE BY THAT DONT RAISE PRICES LIKE THAT.

10-27-2025Lights in units don't work, they will quadruple the cost of your unit as soon as possible. They charge additional fees for things that are automated and require no additional work. Gate malfunctions frequently.
