11-30-2025Happy to report I had a great experience overall with this location. A little snag in the beginning that soon got resolved, I've been happy ever since. Completed my move out today. Update: Continue to have great service when needed from property staff. Great property to use. Originally I had issues with getting a response from the local property staff, however Debbie was awesome and got everything sorted out on my move-in date. She provided the best customer service and had an awesome attitude! Made my frustration go away.

11-26-2025So I went to get some items from my storage unit on Thanksgiving day and was greeted by a sign on the keypad stating that the gate was broken so they were denying access until 930 Friday morning for security reasons. You're telling me that a multi million dollar company can't hire private security for 24 hours and keep the gate open?? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have used storage facilities for years and have never been denied access to the storage facility. I DO NOT write 1 star reviews but this is ludicrous. People need to know that Public Storage can just randomly lock you out of the facility for a random period of time on any random day when they clearly could provide security and let people have access to their storage units.
