10-27-2025There is never any one available when you show up to make Payment. After a couple months your rent will double. No matter when you move in payment is due the 1st. Which is really not a month free at all. If you are late they say you have a brave period but then keep hitting you with 50$ fees until you can never truly catch up. They say on the phone that they wont give you lien charges until 30 days late but that is also a lie. Its closer to 20 days and they have zero accountability. The hours are earlier than other places, like most every where else. They will cut your locks the mlnt they put this lien on your into and then charge you 50$ for a new one. They charge your for insurance on your unit even when you have it already and even though they say they will reverse and reimburse you. You can not lay cash in person. If you. A not login to your account and take multiple screen shots and show them this in person and via email, they will still do all of these charges and again, wont allow in person can payments. If you try to pay on the phone there is an additional fee. Basically, I highly reccont you go anywhere else. The bait and switch online prices are not worth and the intentionally difficult way they make it to make payments or access them or your items would have been considered criminal a couple decades ago. Now days its just business to have zero business etching or operate in good faith. Especially when they hold your belongings hostage. Truly the worst storage company that ever was. Extra space, Cube smart and Uhaul, all of them, are 100% better and all of those companies always have someone on site, someone to answer the phone when you call, provide reasonable options to make payments in person and online platforms that are buggy. Stay away from these places. I wish everyone could be warned.
