01-10-2026We had an issue with our unit and needed to be moved to a different unit. Kristina was very undetstanding, patient and professional with us and got us moved. Kristina showed great customer service, so much so that we are considering moving our other storage unit that we have with another company to Public Storage. Great job Kristina!
