11-30-2025Today I was unable to get into my storage unit because boxes had shifted and I was not able to open the door. I reported this to Mina in the office. She went with me to my space and she went beyond the call of duty and helped me to clear the box that was blocking access to the door. It was not an easy task to get the box cleared but we made it. Mina gets 10 stars today for her patience and for going above and beyond.
