02-09-2026Everyone I worked with here was so nice and helpful. They were patient with me being so frazzled and the facility is well kept! My only issue, and reason for leaving, was a massive price hike from the initial move in. Originally, I rented a unit for around $38 back near October, I believe, but the price was moved up to $90 with less than 20 days of warning for February. I'd absolutely recommend the people and facility, as long as you keep an eye on the price, since it changed almost every month.

He helped me arrange a move out date and made the process effortless on my end. If I ever do need to use a storage facility again I will definitely be coming back to the Extra Space that James runs.
