08-11-2024So far so good. Easy to do everything online. Took roughly 10min to finish contract, get information on how to access storage unit and within an hour had moved everything we had needed. Place is clean and cool climate indoors. Much more than anticipated for what Im paying.

08-09-2024We had lost our unit keys during our move but they were quick to take care of us. Jim was super helpful today; efficiently verifying our information, signing our paperwork and helping us get access back into our unit. Also, the process of signing up and getting our storage unit initially was both simple and direct. Ive worked with other facilities in the past with hidden fees or price increases after signing but there was nothing unexpected about it. We are happy with the management of this facility, its clean with no issue of bugs or pests that weve noticed so far.
