12-29-2025Ive had my trailer here for a while and during the last huge storm, I havent had time to go check on it. Cheryl called and said she did a walk through and all looks good except for a tire cover that isnt on the tire anymore. I didnt even have to call and ask. They gave me peace of mind during the busy holiday season!

12-03-2025Our experience went from being great to being a pretty big bummer. When we started with Public Storage 14 months ago, the price was $181/month. After 4 months at that price, it increase by 33% up to $241/month. It just increased again to $293/month! All told, thats a 61% increase over 13 months. Supply and demand is the answer theyve given when weve asked. Unfortunately, none of that money is going towards fixing the entrance to the facility. The gate never closes! Not very secure or safe and it feels like they basically have everyone bent over. Went from a great experience to a terrible one.
