08-23-2024I just moved in a few days ago and I am very impressed with this store location. One of the staff members named Thomas helped me over the phone to set up a storage unit and he was very helpful and made the process so easy over the phone. Huge out to Thomas! Thank you so much for your help and great customer service! Update: I've been storing my belongings here for almost a year now and I'll be checking out of this place at the end of this month of August. My experiences here have been great with the help of Asia and Tiffany whenever I needed anything. Great customer service from these two and the quality of this storage unit building is really nice! I highly recommend this place, and if I wasn't moving I would've definitely kept storing my personal items here. Thank you again to Tiffany and Asia! I appreciate you both so much

08-20-2024After looking at storage options in the area, I went into Extra Space Storage to get an ahead of what size we would need and was helped by Tiffany. Not only was she nice, funny and pleasant to talk to, she was very knowledgable and answered every question I could think of. I was impressed by how clean the facility was and she really went out of her way and took her time to show me everything I needed to know about access, the loading docks, carts and the unit. Thanks Tiffany, you made something I thought would be stressful a breeze! Youre an absolute asset to this company and I hope they recognize you for it!!
