04-03-2026We had a storage unit on the interior of one of the buildings that is supposed to be climate control. When we went to move out, everything in our unit was covered in mold the hallway smelled like mold before you even got to our unit. Once I got all of our things out you can see where water has been coming down the wall. Theres mold from the intrusion hole in the ceiling down the wall and into our things. When we call to move out and said there was holes and mold, responsible was thanks for telling me. We were paying $260 a month for this unit this is unacceptable.
