01-05-2026RAT INFESTATION DO NOT RENT HERE I rented a unit at this location last year. Within the first month, our unit became infested with rats. They urinated and defecated on our belongings, resulting in significant damage and loss. We were advised to move to another unit on the same property and were told the issue was isolated to one building. That was not true. Within two months, the second unit was also infested with rats. Management is aware of an ongoing rat problem yet continues to rent units without disclosing this information to customers. Their only response was to tell us to file a claim with our insurance, rather than resolving the issue or taking responsibility. A storage facility is supposed to protect your belongings. In our case, storing items here caused more damage than not storing them at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. At the very least, customers should be informed of the known rat issue before trusting this facility with their property.

Their only solution was to tell us to file a claim with our insurance, rather than addressing the root issue or taking responsibility. Storing our belongings here caused more damage than protection. I would have been better off keeping my items in my backyard. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility.
