06-04-2025My husband and I have been renting an indoor, climate controlled unit from these folks for the last 19 months. Move in was a breeze. The manager was incredibly sweet. I am writing this review so late because of the awesome interaction I had just a few days ago! We have always paid our unit on time, and this month, we didn't realize our payment didn't process. We had been waiting for a new debit card to come in the mail, and because of this, we incurred a late fee on our account because the payment was unable to process. I left the office a voicemail to ask if they could waive that late fee for me, and they did it, no questions asked! I didn't even have to speak with a live person/the manager. That's top tier customer service! The only downside to Extra Space Storage in general are the rates increasing every now and then, but I have no issue with that knowing my items are in a safe and secure facility. I highly recommend this facility! Thank you so much for always providing hassle free customer service!

Dwight was a delight to work with he had excellent product knowledge and with the extra mile to show us various options so we can make the best decision possible. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a clean and secure location to store your valuables. Dwight is an excellent manager and a pleasure to work with.

05-28-2025We had a wonderful experience renting here for almost two years. The facility is excellent, but the service even better. The date we were moving our things out (due to moving) the man at the front desk came over to check on us. He set the doors to stay open for us, then came back to check on us later and checked us out of our storage unit without even having to go get him. He also let us borrow a lock for our truck while we went to lunch, and helped us every step of the way that day. Service was above and beyond. Would absolutely rent here again if we need storage again.
