09-30-2025I had a little trouble getting my door to lock and Jason noticed I was having difficulties, he came over got my door to close and lock then showed me how! He even offered me a bottle of water. Thenks!

08-17-2025So sad my storage unit got broke into and i cannot get a hold of anyone local. Trying to get a hold of anyone at Public Storage is extremely difficult...the trick hit the option for get a new unit then ask for customer service. I have left multiple messages trying to get someone from this location to call me and no messages have been returned.
