Took 3 attempts to reserve a 10x10. After verifying the unit costs I approved and connected my payment account. The next day I received an email saying I rented 2 10x10's ???? I canceled the 2nd and took some stuff to my new unit. They left a lock in the unit for me which wouldn't work (after 15 minutes of fighting the sliding lever to unlock). I ended up going home retrieve my own lock. After multiple calls and 2 separate kiosks, I was given 2 different locks which DID NOT WORK. I will look elsewhere as I don't want to fight to close the sliding clasp and fight with a lock that is clearly too small.... you can call all of their phone numbers but won't reach anyone. I got a call the following day. Proceed at your own risk. Disappointed

Was not as good as I had originally posted... they reserved a unit in another location than I had requested. They wanted me to cancel my account, not refund the admin fee for the error, and refused to give me a confirmation number for the cancellation. Setting up is easy, but correcting errors is difficult. Not pleased.
