08-06-2026Since this is my first day at this location, its too soon to tell how I would rate the location, but I definitely give five stars to Jade (one of the managers here) for her above and beyond customer service. This move has been so hectic and I feel so bad for having had to reschedule on her a couple times and for running late for our appt when I came in to sign the paperwork for my unit. She was kind enough still to let me come in to get it done today anyway despite the fact that it mightve been a tight squeeze because she needed to leave soon to start her shift at a different location. She was so patient and gracious about it and she still made sure we completed every step of the process (and also walked me through each of the adjustments I requested) before I walked out of the office so that Id leave with every t crossed and every i dotted; yet she still moved through it so efficiently, balancing my lag with her own focused quickness. Im really grateful that she was willing to do all this because I really needed to get this lease-signing out of the way today so that I can stay on schedule with this move. She didnt rush or pressure me at all. Instead, she let me view and weigh my options and pick the one I was most comfortable with. It was really nice to feel supported at a time when I felt very frazzled and exhausted. Her professionalism, competence, clarity, good communication, and overall friendly and helpful demeanor was such a refreshing change from the downright abysmal, previous experiences I have had at other locations of Public Storage where they honestly couldnt have cared less about their most basic job duties or their customers needs or rights, even going as far as unprovoked and unnecessary rudeness. To be honest, I had kind of just come to expect that renting at a Public Storage means settling for terrible service, but Jade restored my faith in the idea that that doesnt have to be the case. I really hope she gets a raise and a promotion because her work ethic is doing a LOT of heavy lifting in repairing this companys reputation. If youre gonna go with Public Storage, get yourself a unit at one of the locations she manages. It really shouldnt matter to the standard of service who the manager is, but (unfortunately) it does, so go with one of her locations if you can. Thanks again, Jade! You rock!
