02-16-2025The customer service rep Marlon or Marlo what ever his name was via phone was horrible, As a new customer I was so disappointed of the poor communication I received I was about to just drive away and go to another location. However, I met the Mgr. Mr. Muhammad in the office & he was the only one working for this location. OMG! he was the best, very professional, kind and patient with me because I was done with this location after the phone conversation with Marlon/Marlo. Mr. Muhammad walked me through the process and allowed me to view several units. The services I received from Mr. Muhammad was awesome and yes I did decide to lease a unit at this location thanks to Mr. Muhammad. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. So I hope he gets recognized for being customer focused. This is why I gave this location 4 stars.
